AAP Manifesto: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) released its manifesto on Monday (27 January). AAP’s national convenor Arvind Kejriwal has announced 15 guarantees for the Delhi elections. During this time, MP Sanjay Singh and Delhi cabinet ministers Saurabh Bhardwaj and Gopal Rai were also present on the stage along with CM Atishi .
Arvind Kejriwal targeted BJP while releasing the party’s manifesto. He reminded BJP what happened to the promise of 15 lakh rupees? BJP people ruined the word guarantee.
Arvind Kejriwal’s 15 guarantees
1. Employment Guarantee:
We want that there should not be a single unemployed person in Delhi, everyone should get employment. We have a team of educated people, we are not illiterate like them. We are planning how to provide employment to every child of Delhi.
2. Women’s Honor Scheme:
Every woman will be given Rs 2100 every month in her bank account. This will be the first decision taken as soon as the government is formed.
3. Sanjeevani Scheme:
Under this scheme, our government will arrange for the treatment of elderly people above 60 years of age. The Delhi government will bear all the expenses incurred on the treatment.
4. Water Bill:
Arvind Kejriwal said that when I went to jail, I came to know that water bills of thousands of rupees were sent to many people. Those who got wrong bills should not pay the bills. The bills will be waived after the government is formed.
5. 24 hours water:
Our government will make arrangements for 24-hour water supply and clean water in every household. This was guaranteed in the last election as well, but I admit that this work could not be done in the last five years. First came Corona and then they played jail-jail, my entire team was scattered.
6. Clean Yamuna:

Baba Saheb Ambedkar had returned from abroad after completing his PhD despite being poor in those days. If any child from the Dalit community takes admission in any foreign university, the Delhi government will bear all the expenses.
9. Students:
Students will be given free bus travel. 50 percent discount on Delhi Metro fares.
10. Pujari and Granthi Scheme:
They pray and pray for us in gurudwaras and temples. Many of them are poor. They will be given money every month.
11. Tenants will also get the benefit of free facility:
Tenants will also get the benefit of electricity bill and water bill.
12. Sewer:
Sewers are choked at many places. Now wherever sewers are overflowing, we will fix it within 15 days of the formation of the government. The old sewer lines in Delhi will be replaced within a year and a half.
13. Ration card:
Ration cards will be opened so that the poor can get benefits.
14. Delhi Government gives Rs 1 lakh help for daughter’s marriage:
Delhi government will provide Rs 1 lakh assistance for marriage of daughters of auto, taxi and e-rickshaw drivers. Children will be given free coaching. Life insurance of Rs 10 lakh and health insurance of Rs 5 lakh will be given.
15. Law and order:
The law and order situation in Delhi is bad. People are living in fear. Our party will provide private security guards to all the RWAs.
Manish Sisodia on Kejriwal’s Guarantee: Save ₹25K Monthly
After releasing the party’s manifesto, Arvind Kejriwal issued a separate guarantee letter regarding the Mahila Samman Yojana and said that I, Arvind Kejriwal, guarantee that as soon as the Aam Aadmi Party government is formed, I will first launch the Mahila Samman Rashi Yojana for my mothers and sisters.
During this, senior Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia said that ‘only eight more days’ are left for the implementation of Mahila Samman Yojana. He said that Kejriwal has 15 guarantees for the people of Delhi. In this, work will start on the guarantee of Rs 2100 per month for women after the elections. Arvind Kejriwal himself gave the guarantee by writing and signing it.
‘Every family should save at least Rs 25,000’
Manish Sisodia said that Kejriwal’s guarantees will save at least Rs 25,000 for every family in Delhi. Senior leader and Delhi government minister Saurabh Bhardwaj said that lotus blooms in mud and mud is cleaned with a broom. Therefore, if you press the broom button, you will save Rs 25,000 every month.
