Salary will increase even after basic salary

Keep in mind that here only the increase in basic salary has been mentioned. Apart from basic salary, dearness allowance and many other allowances are also included in the total salary of the employees. The salary of the employee is decided by adding all these. This means that the salary received by the employee is much more than his basic salary.
