According to the documents released by the Supreme Court, the Delhi Police conducted the firefighting operation while Justice Varma was not present at his residence. Photographs and videos shared by the police show burnt currency notes among other belongings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"report-submitted-by-delhi-hc-chief-justice-upadhyay\">Justice Yashwant Varma Case: <strong>Report Submitted By Delhi HC Chief Justice Upadhyay<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Chief Justice Upadhyay of the Delhi High Court submitted a detailed report concerning the incident. As per the report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The incident happened in a storeroom disconnected from the main residence, which is commonly accessed by servants, gardeners, and occasionally CPWD personnel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chief Justice Upadhyay was informed by the Commissioner of Police, Delhi, at around <strong>4:50 pm on March 15<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>He visited the location in person along with the Registrar of the High Court to inspect the situation and meet Justice Varma.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"justice-yashwant-varmas-response-to-allegations\"><strong>Justice Yashwant Varma\u2019s Response To Allegations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Justice Yashwant Varma has strongly denied all allegations of unaccounted cash being found in his residence.
